Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in a resaleable condition.

⚠️ Important: Refunds are only processed once the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Customers cannot keep the product and simultaneously request a refund.


How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Complete the return form, specifying which items you wish to return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, using a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been finalized.


Damaged or Faulty Products

We will promptly work with you to resolve the situation, either through replacement, exchange, or refund after return of the faulty item.
